Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with tour details.
Cancellation by Client:

Cancellation by Morocco Tour Ways:
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We recommend all travelers obtain personal travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Morocco Tour Ways acts as a tour operator arranging travel services (transport, accommodation, activities).
We are not responsible for loss, injury, or delays caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, or personal negligence.
Clients must comply with local laws and respect cultural norms during tours.
We reserve the right to modify routes, hotels, or schedules due to weather, road conditions, or availability — always ensuring the best possible alternative.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel permits required for entry into Morocco.
All content on www.moroccotourways.com — including images, text, and design — is owned by Morocco Tour Ways and may not be used without permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall be resolved by competent courts in Marrakech, Morocco.
