Start your day in Marrakech, then head out for a refreshing escape into nature. The tour typically takes around 7–8 hours, covering transport out to Ourika Valley, visits to cultural & natural spots, and return to Marrakech in the afternoon.
It’s ideal for travellers who want a break from the hustle of the city and a glimpse of mountain and rural Morocco.
This tour gives travelers a chance to leave the city behind and enter a tranquil valley where green orchards, traditional adobe Berber homes, rushing river and mountain-backdrop create a beautiful contrast to Marrakech’s busy medina. On the way, you’ll learn about local life of the Amazigh (Berber) communities, taste mint tea with a view, see argan oil production, and (if you choose) hike up to the waterfalls of Setti Fatma. The route is easy/moderate; hikers and non-hikers alike can enjoy it since the walking is optional.
