Over 3 days you’ll depart Marrakech with a private vehicle and driver/guide, travel through the Atlas Mountains and across semi‐desert landscapes toward the Sahara, spend a memorable night in the desert, then continue to Fès on the third day. Because it’s private, you have flexibility on stops and timing. It’s ideal if your clients are looking to combine nature, desert adventure and the cultural city of Fès all in one short trip.
This private 3-day journey gives a rich cross‐section of Morocco: vibrant city life in Marrakech, dramatic mountain scenery, the magic of the Sahara desert at dusk/dawn, and the historic essence of Fès. It’s compact but packed with variety. For clients who have limited time but want a “big picture” of Morocco in a short span, this is a solid option. The private format means less reliance on group schedules, and you can tailor to interests (photography, culture, luxury vs budget). One note: the driving between segments can be long, so comfort and rest stops are important.
Morning departure from Marrakech.
Cross the High Atlas Mountains (via passes such as Tizi n’Tichka) and stop at scenic viewpoints.
Visit kasbahs (e.g., Aït Ben Haddou) and film‐town areas if desired.
Continue toward the gorges or valley stop for lunch.
Arrive near the desert area in late afternoon and stay overnight in a camp.
Early morning optional camel ride on dunes at sunrise (or later in day, but sunset is common).
Desert camp experience: dinner under the stars, music, bonfire.
After breakfast, depart toward Fès via a different route: crossing more scenic country, stopping at villages, possibly through cedar forest where the monkeys are (e.g., Azrou) or the Middle Atlas region.
Arrive in Fès in evening.
Sightseeing in Fès: historic medina, tanneries, old city walls, traditional crafts.
Free time for shopping or exploring.
Drop‐off at Fès accommodation (or onward transfer).
